Reliance Communications Limited - Unwanted Extra Billing by Reliance Broadband Services.

Sir,
I have taken Reliance Broadband Connection from one of Reliance Sales Representative he described me the plan of 2 MBps Unlimited Broadband for 2 months & Installation Free. For which he collected Rs. 1300 Amount from me. My Subscriber Number is:3********944 and Billing Account Number:100000120699888 I have taken the connection on 11-Jan-2013. Now On 27-01-2013 Dated Bill I got and it stated Due amount of 538 and they have additionally charged me with Rs. 599 of installation. The Salesman had given us wrong information. Even after several Messages to reliance Communication at email address broadband@relianceada.com they only say its installation charge for all customers. I claimed to them that I was uninformed about it and now how can they charge additional 599 from me without informing me before taking the connection. I also tried calling that salesman and he didnt pickup the call. If I call the sales man from unknown number he picks and says I am coming but then later he doesnt come. This had happened many times. I tried calling customer care they keep on repeatedly saying me that 599 is installation charge. I dont know why they dont understand that its the mistake of their salesman as the sales man stated the connection for 2 months with Rs 1300 + Service Tax.
I am ready to pay Service Tax But Why they are charging me Additional installation charge as they have already mentioned me that installation free. Now these reliance people are not listening to my problem. I had been trouble with these.
I want them either to refund my all money or Remove the additional charge of installation which they are taking without informing me. In this way these people are fooling customers and showing that their plans are cheap.
They are making cheap and false tricks to trap the customers.
Please help me out as last billing date is 16-Feb-2013 and if I wont pay the amount they will disconnect my connection without refunding my money.
