Reliance Communications Limited - unwanted deduction of balance from the account

Hi,
I have 15 rcom CDMA prepaid numbers and to each and evry no. they charge me umwanted amount by activating any of the VAS os deducting the amount by telling that R world is used.
they do not have any details for claiming the same.
Some times the caller tune pack is activated and there is no caller tune but amount is deducted.
against this i have send more thn 10 E-mails to the following locatons.
1)customer care
2)Nodal officer
3)reliance store manager mulund west.
4)RCOM applet authority.
Also i tried to take the help of police but it was of no use.
i am ready for any legal procedures.
request you to help me.

My final mail to RCOM applet authority(still response is awaited) is as follows
Multiple complaints have turned a deaf ear and also a call to nodal officer was waste.
Your gallery at mulund west is not at all co-operative.
request you to solve the issue ASAP or this time a letter will be issued to TRAI,Consumer court as well as to the media.
i have shooted more than 10Emails to your customer care and 5 emails to nodal officer but they didnt bother to send me a reply.
Awaiting for quick response.all the Emails are forwarded to Mr. Mukul the manager for reliance gallery mulund west.

main jaikishan mera cell # ********57 hai jis par bina bataaye hi
10 service activate kar di jab ki maine koi service activate nahi
karyee hai. mera phone ka balance kaat liya gaya. main customer
care aur reliance world me bhi complaint ki hai par koi kuch nahi
bata raha hai, maine kabhi koi service activate karane ke liye
phone aur sms nahin kiya hai.yeh kaha ja raha hai mein call kee hai 1.20 min par but koi

yeh nahi bata paa raha mein kitney min baat ke hai aor yeh kasia possble hai ek call say 10

service activted kasia hoo sakti hai company k pass is baat koi record nahi hai meri ph

call ka sab yeh keh rahay hamrey aap pass aap ke infomation nahi dekha raha raha jis waqt

yeh serive activted kee hai mere phone se balance kaat liya gaya
hai. please meri sara balance mujhe vapas dilaya jaaye..

Hi,
We have a so many Relaince mobile CDMA and GSM connection But rightnow i have geting the problem in GSM connection. Two days ago I had 27.28 Rs and yesterday what happened with me i was sending a sms n sudunly deduct balance from my account n got -2.72 Rs. Sequencly two months Relaince deduct 11 Rs from my balance account but i thought that leave it but now it's enough to tollret that so I made a call at *333 there was i talked with Mr. chandra.He said to me that you have activeted Rainbow Pack but I havn't done this.I told him to please deactiveted my unwanted pack today because that was activated on 15/7/10 and i sent the request on same day.Mr. chandra said to me that your's deducted unwanted balance from account will be refund in your account within 24hours but right now it's aboved from 24 hours. My complaint number is 129372612. Usually i have faced this type of problem so many times.Please do the needfull.
