Reliance Communications Limited - unwanted add on paid services by Relience

I am a post paid sim user with Relience at Guwahati since last 10 years.
Recently ,I am astonished to see some totally unwanted add on services
added , along with a msg . with direction to unsub scribe it and to my surprise whenever I tried to unsub it,
msg. comes could not be processed etc. what a nice dealing with customer !.
My question no 1. Why should the customer unsubscribe something which he has not asked for.
My ques. no 2. Why Relience , is adopting such unhealthy marketing ,annoying it's customer's
There are now lots of service providers ,nd customers can switch anytime
Complainant's Goal: Immediate response from the service provider ,stopping this malpractice
