Today (29th October 2013) without my permission Reliance Communcations has deducted rs3/- for the VAS which i never asked or authorized
i never asked or authorized for VAS One97STalkDP for Rs3/-
I need a immediate refund of rs 30/- for the above on my cell ********68
what does relaince comm think of customers?
if this harassment continues it is better to switch from horrible, unreliable reliance
i don't know, whether they do it on purpose or what, sometimes coverage is very low
i expect a speedy refund and response otherwise your customer service is lousy i should say
As usual unreliable Relaince is the most customer unfriendly company, bent on looting customers, it is better to switch
i complain here and try to get refund, but from common man's pocket, the UNRELIABLE Relaince is looting directly without common man's knowledge
