Yesterday (17th Septmeber 2013) without my permission Reliance Communcations has deducted rs30/- for the VAS which i never asked or authorized

i never asked or authorized for VAS Jumpgames GSM for Rs30/-

I need a immediate refund of rs 30/- for the above on my cell ********68

what does relaince comm think of customers?
if this harassment continues it is better to switch from horrible or unreliable reliance

i expect a speedy response otherwise you customer service is lousy i should say
