Yesterday i.e on 3rd February 2011, i received a message that a CRBT service(Caller tune service) is activated and Rs. 10/- were deducted from my balance account.I didnt applied for this service, I called customer care many times but no response was there, for once i was able to connect with an executive but he was not able to clarify or resolve my issue for the reason he gave there is a server problem , so he cannot check.
