Reliance Communications Limited - unfair balance deduction

TODAY AGAIN RS30 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY RELIANCE PRE PAID CONNECTION.
THIS IS FOR 3 RD TIME THAT MY BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED WITHOUT ANY FAUT OF MINE. I TRIED CALLING UR CUSTOMER COMPLAIN NO. FOR MORE THAN 50 TIMES IN 6 MINS. BUT EVERY TIME IT SHOWED "NETWORK BUSY"
I AM LODGING THIS COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT.!
