This is to inform you that very uncustomary behavior of the service provider, in the regard of our Reliance prepaid connection (Mobile No. 0********68)
We recharge our cell by night free magic card day before validity ended, and customer care tell that this recharge is not valid due to pre-recharge how this is possible.
Another irregularity on the same cut Rs. 22/- for one day before validity ended in night service and customer care told, we excess than 3 lac second. How it is possible. Please provide monthly details.
Another uncustomary behavior how it is possible if we recharge by one day advance and the recharge not valid as well as no new recharge permitted until one month complete.

If all is under Hidden policies then we are sorry as avail Reliance services for future.
