Again u done it the same thing & i m sure that yr company's has some major problem with me because repeatedly they r unnecessary deduct money into my a/C (********80). Whenever i call customer care they said, we are sorry & revert the amount & then they again deduct the amount. This whole exercise continuous from since july,2011. Sometimes when they don't know what to do with query, they simply disconnect phone. Can u plz tell me why r u doing these things again & again to me. I m extremely sorry to say that You are not bother what are you commit to the customer. What's going on from yr side, Can u explain why r u doing the same thing time to time ????????????? I already given assurance from yr side not repeated of these kind of things in future also u refund the deduct amount. But this too much!!!!!! I m totally fed up about what's going on????????? Hoping this matter resolve as earliest as possible from yr side. I pray god to make some sense to sort our all these thing. I m waiting for that time & period !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
