Again I m coming with new complaint & i think that yr company's has some major problem with me because repeatedly they r unnecessary deduct money into my a/c. I m using another no. (********80) which i used for SMS only. On 15th of April, i recharge with Rs.50/- Because my monthly SMS due on 18th of this month. But when I m sending SMS on 17th of this month then it was not sent because of insufficient balance.When i talk to yr customer care regarding of this problem they simply told me U r applying for some value added pack,which i don't know. Can u plz tell me why r u doing these things again & again to me. I m extremely sorry to say that You are not bother what are you commit to the customer. Again u r deduct of Rs.45/(Approx) on 16th march with the same reason. What's going on from yr side, Can u explain why r u doing the same thing time to time ??? I already given assurance from yr side not repeated of these kind of things in future as earlier face from my another no.(********01). This is the Status of thing which should be sorted out as sun as possible for the sake of customer to the Compapny!!!!!!! plz. revert the balance value after deducting SMS pack (Rs.26/-Approx). My humbe request u not to repeat this thing in future???????????? Hoping this matter resolve as erliest possible from yr side. But plz reboot yr system to increase the strength yr customer as well as their heart.
