Reliance Communications Limited - The Reliance CDMA network is very poor for the past 5-6 Months

Dears Sir/Madam,

i am a very old custumer of your company my Mobile number ********32,********53 are the two CDMA numbers that i have for the past few months(5-6) the network reception has been a big trouble.
To make or recieve a call it more than a challenge to us as we all know that relaince is the best mobile company in this coutry so is my loyalty towards you please help and get the issue resolved as in Neelam Vihar , Kaushambi Sec 14 Ghaziabad all those who have reliance service are facing the same issue , if you want i give you their numbers.
