Dear sir,
I booked a eticket on 4th August2008 PNR No********57,raipur to tatanagar for journey on 6th Agust2008 ,for train No8029,in class 3A.The train was late more than 10 hours,hence I have cancelled my journey, and filed tdr on 7th August2008.The claim was registered under Reference No ekt200********0470.
After 1year 11months on 25thJune2010 refund status shown \"Refund not approved\"showing the reason \"1450-SER/3Train was not late more than three hours\".
I am confirmed that the tarin was late by more than 10 hours.
Please do the needful.
