My brother bought a ticket from his IRCTC ID and booked 4 tickets in which one is senior citizen.
But the findings is no concession was provided by the website. So please look into it and provide us a refund for the concession.

***********this is tushar from visakhapatnam, i am logging a complaint after using the IRCTC website. Normally whn we are booking our tickets on reservation counter manually and if in the list there a sr citizen mentioned and if we only mention the age and but not selecting the Sr citizen option by default the system selects the option of sr citizen and we are getting the concession. But the same whn done on website why the website dont prompt or warn for the option and rather than for the same senior citizen it gives a general ticket. After making a complaint these below persons are just writing its our mistake. My concern is the website should be helpfull for citizens but should not be a medium to make money on citizens mistake. Thats where you can make ur belif in people.
