Rail Ticket Online - IRCTC site wont work in the morning

Hi,
From couple of weeks I found that IRCTC site wont function properly during 8 AM to 8.30 AM The site will be very slow or wont work at all. I tried to book tatkal ticket from home but because of site problem couldnt book the ticket. I think the tickets brokers are making this site jammed. Please do the needful so that people like me can get access during morning hours. Please do the needful.

I support this complaint.
And to add on this, i faced the similar problem today (9th Feb 2011) while booking Tatkal tickets. It almost took 10 mins to open the main page, by that time tatkal tickets were at Waiting list.
If at all we go to the Station early morning to book tickets we will anyway get Wait listed tickets as the agents will be standing at the booking counters (sorry to say but this is a fact).
The govt or IRCTC has to take necessary actions against this.
As one fine day we will simply be posting once again.

No system can stand that heavy an abuse..... Only way is to have more price slabs like the airlines do. Instead of normal/tatkal.... they should start with low price for a limited number of tickets and then sell at high price on the day of travel.

All RAC and Waiting list should be thrown out.

I support this complaint. yes you are right. with me the same happened before a week booked ticket from Ahmedabad to Mumbai.. Other facility they have to put site is pessanger can modify their ticket detail online and take printout
