Reliance Communications Limited - Stop Deducting money

Hi,
I have been using Reliance mobile from past almost one year.
Earlier it was fine but once my amount has been deducted without any reason.
When I asked, they said you have activated caller tune so Reliance has charged.
Then I have activated DND but still I am facing the same problem.
I have checked with other Reliance user, they also have faced same problem and we never got our money back.
Please take a strong action on this.
I hope this is going to help all other users of Reliance.

I support this complaint.
Even I have faced sane problem and customer care was rude when I asked the reason.
And they were unable to give answer also.
