i have activated fb messenger plan@ rs16 n instantly 16 rupp. got deducted from my balance on 31 march2013,after that i got activation msg then i started using fb my remaining bal also got deducted i.e 4.20rupees afer that i recharged again n talk to custumer care,they said now u can use fb then i use fb on again and again my bal got deducted i.e 20 rupess plz help me n refund my money plz ..I have complaint so meny times ,even registered a complaint but none had happen till now..plz help me
