Dear Sir/m'dm

Again after assurance from yr side with no unnecessary deduct money into our a/c. I m extremely sorry to say that You are not bother what are you commit to the customer.again cut of Rs.56/(Approx) on 22nd march with the same reason. What's going on from yr side, Can u explain why r u doing the same thing ??? PLz don't give the reason that from yr side to allowing to deduct the money. After earlier mess up things.............. I totally lost faith in yr company. I gave u another chance after giving the assurance from yr side but what about the result?????????? So PLz revert that amount into my account as soon as possible without giving me any excuses from yr side.(0********01)



This is my last attempt to get things fixed and i, I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT.

This is a problem i have also faced from reliance and my contact number is ********07. I have sent a mail to that GSm customer care ID. But if this is the response then what is the use of wasting time. And i had a bad experience from the customer care executive also. Is there any solution for this?

Hi,

My name is LIJESH B and Contact number is ********07 (GSM Prepaid) there is service (Missed call alert) been activated in my account with out my knowledge and when i called to the customer-care the call been attended by a person called Narayanan and i have faced a very bad treatment from his end. (I have messaged back to the toll free SMS regarding customer satisfaction and i do not know how extant its been affective)

According to reliance customer care the service been activated from my end. But i haven't called to the customer care, i haven't attended any call from reliance as well as i haven't sent or reply even any SMS to activate the service.

As a customer i have the right to know that how the service been activated with the proof because this is not an issue for only Rs 15 but it is a cheating i have faced. And that money should get refund ASAP.

Now it is only the case of Rs 15 but going forward it can be high amount also right?

I am using a reliance GSM postpaid as well as a Postpaid Reliance Broadband Netconnect+ also And i feel the experience is very good as i met some problems and its been cleared with a better care. But this is a worst experience and i need to get solved as early as possible.
