Reliance Communications Limited - reliance recharge online failed but money deducted

Deardear Sir

I had done an online recharge on my no ********36 on 21-12-12 at 9:22 and 9:28 pm.My bank card was debited for 6o rs on two occassions and the recharge was not possible.Kindly refund my money to bank account or recharge my number .

I have got the following two messages as under

Thank you for using My Services on http://myservices.relianceada.com/.

We would like to inform you that your payment of Rs.60 on 21/12/2012 21:27:54 (Transaction Reference Number : 29918328, Authorization Code : MSPD2********3) for Subscriber number ********36 is Failed (or) Cancelled.
