Reliance Communications Limited - Reliance network trouble

Hi Sir
I reside in Bangalore.I am using a reliance prepaid sim here.For the past 1 month,I am not able to make calls or send messages to coimbatore area.In order to make a call,i have to try that number a minimum of 5-10 times.Sometimes I wont be able to call even after trying for an hour.It shows calling and gets disconnected after a minute.
If gets connected also,signal quality is very bad.And while sending messages,i have to send the same message more than 5 times for that to go from my outbox.It gets failed very often.
From yesterday onwards, I am not at all able to make call to Coimbatore number.As soon as i make the call,it gives the message 'Network busy'.
Hope you take some action to avoid this.Else i have to change my sim.
