Subject: RELIANCE NETWORK PROBLEM REG.



SIR,

My village mobile no. is 0********75 customer of reliance mobile communication and facing problem in network. My call was abrupted 10 times while I was talking with my wife. Now I am living in Delhi and my mobile no. is 0********25.

Acutely my village (Sabano-tari, PO.-Sabano, Thana- Hussainabad, Distt:- Palamau, State:- Jharkhand ) is very far from city about 12Kms. To 15 Kms. my nearest city is Hussainabad and Nabinagar between two cities there is no any reliance tower between the cities. That’s why mobile can not find signal of Network when ever i will enter my home i have to search network manual mode and I can\'t keep on automatically mode because it will never searched automatically network. I have given complaints regarding this to the customer care and your Customer Executives always told me that we are working for establishing Router..but till date problem is not solved. I just hate its Service. I will not recommend anybody else to have Reliance Service. I don’t know when the problem is going to be resolved; if it continues the same then i think for approaching consumer cell.

Therefore, the service of connectivity may be improved other wise people may be compelled to go with legal action and this is also very serious matter over the company services. plz do the strong action.

yahan ompur rajgamar jo ki korba mey hai yahan reliance k tower me se kuch badmash logo ne wirer aur kuch chizze chori kar li hai.jisse yahan reliance ka network ni pakad rha hai.please jaldi se jaldi is problem ko solve karne ki kosis kare kyoki hamare ghar sab reliance ka sim use krte hai aur humlog call nahi kr paa rahe hai.please jaldi krna

Network Failiure

Boss from Haryana, have reliance mobile from last 3 years. But now a days facing problems in Reliance Network in my house Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra. Most of time my mobile shows out of network.There are no network in my home area
Very frequently we are facing network failure in our Home area and we are not able to reach customer without reliance phones. Please solve this problem immeditialy.
