Hello Sir,
I have a complaint regarding Reliance NetConnect Broadband+ Modem.
I had bought Reliance Platinum Net scheme with speed of around 143 mbps on 22nd Aug 09 and then upgraded it to Reliance NetConnect Broadband+ on 2ndOct 09.
I got a data card modem which was defective.
I went for replacement on 3rd Oct 09 and they asked me to come on Tuesday. I went on Tuesday and they asked me to come on Wednesday 7th Oct as the modems were out of stock.
I came on Wed and they replaced it with other new one.
Today, 8th Oct 09, this new piece is also not working. This was really frustrating as I was not able to use the net since last week Fri 2nd Oct 09. To top on it, my bill is increasing with each day.
I had gone to Reliance WebWorld of Borivali Branch(Anuradha Bldg, Chandavarkar Road) as I live in Borivali and visited it several times. The service persons were Balbir(Sales Executive) and Arpita.
Today, shockingly, I am asked to visit some Andheri Reliance Service Centre as they get modems from there. Why the hell I should visit it? Dont I have work and office?
I was going to recommend friends about Reliance Service and quality but here I got defective quality(twice!) and poor service!
Please assist me in resolving this problem which could have been better handled by your service people or else I want my upgradation money back + close the net connection!
