My self user of Reliance Gsm services having mobile no. 0********19 have called at customer care as my sim card is showing out of service message on making a call but was not given proper response, also i have to know why my sim is showing outof service !. also following are some missconduct of the coustomer care executive -
1. keeping the call on hold for tranferring to team leader/incharge and disconnecting the same
2. no proper idea of informations and procedures
3. if unable to find out the solution than hiding behind by saying that system is under updation/ network problem/ system error.
4. very bad in communicating with coustomer and misbehaving.

would like to talk to some responsible person - as my reliance no. is unable to reach / out of service you may contact on my alternate no. 0********19.
