Reliance Communications Limited - Reliance Landline Complaint

My landline number is 020-39399045 and 020-39399046. I have taken these two connection for my new showroom at Laxmi Road. First of all the connection was started after two days after my inauguration and that too only one connection. Then after two days the connection was out of service and was not working for 5 days. Today both the connection was started after making various complaints. Bill was generated before the connection was started. Reliance Customer care were harassing mentally for paying the due bills even after the payment was made in advance. Even they told the complaint has been solved inspite of not being solved. The internet connection was also not working because of out of service of phone. My Card machine was not working due to which my business hampers around Rs. 30000 because customer had to go without swapping their cards .
I want to get refund all my bills amount, business hampers value as well as for harassing the customer.
