I have registered a complain in mail on 25th of December as my internet connection is not working. Their SLA is 24 hrs, But the issue is not resolved. They are not responding properly. One of the executive said to switch to different service provider. Satish: ********90. Basha: ********11

I am doing online trading. Due to this my business is affected huge. Atlease 25,000 Rs I have losed in my business. More than 7 days no response

If the connection is not getting ready, I am loosing lot of money. I may need to hang myself. No other option for me. I have informed this to customer care, they asking me to change the service. Basha: ********11 told this to me.
