MOBILE CONNECTON NO-********22

I am using reliance cdma connection 440 postpaid plan, the plan is to make all reliance call (CDMA,GSM,WLL) absolutly free all over india, but when i received the bill it showing some extra amount, on going through the bill i found that call made to SMART GSM numbers(which starts from 988) are all chargable, then i made discussion with the reliance web worldregarding this issue they told me smart connection do not exist in west bengal they are all RTL CONNECTION(belongs to reliance mobile,a different company), so they all will be chargable.

This is compleatly fraud and cheating advise from reliance, as nobody knows regarding RTL CONNECTRION & 988 starting numbers are sold by the reliance in the brand name of smart gsm

i want some strict action to be taken against reliance mobile for their cheating.

Complainant's Goal: refund of the excess charged, and clearance which brand exist in west bengal RTL

I support this complaint, as yesterday i recharged my mobile worth Rs 50, and i got the balance of Rs 42.00 and today morning they (Reliance) deducted the amount from my a/c.

So can you help me to support/solve this problem.
