Reliance Communications Limited - Reliance GSm number not started after MNP

I transferred my number (********66) from vodafone to reliance gsm, but reliance company haven't started my incoming/outgoing for last 6 days. when i called to cutomer care they simply say that your document is not received and deposit your document in reliance web world, when i went to reliance wen world Rohini sec 7, they said that my document with CAF has been submitted and no need to submit it again.

I have called many times to customer care, but they only say that we cann't help you in this matter.

so after waiting for many days i again took a new numner of vodafone & forgot about my old number.

i recommend everybody to not think to go for reliance at any cost.
