Hi guys!

Yet another tale of this self centred organization trying to rip common mans pocket..

my dad uses reliance post paid connection (********7) he hardly uses it, 2 or 3 calls a day on avg at the most.. few months ago we wouldn get invoiced more than 300rs a month now for some odd reason they started billing 500 per month without any justification, when called customer service we were told that phone is being used to listen to cricket updates 5am in the morn, which is utter nonsense, my dad cant even browse through the phone well let alone listen to cricket updates and it shows the clear incompetence, lame and way below par customer service offered by this organization, its not a secret that their reps dont even know to SPEAK let alone assist customers.. anyway moving forward we decided to move to prepaid, just yesterday my sister went to the reliance store here on the mira-bhyander highway near raymonds showroom to pay the bill and convert to prepaid and wallah.. what we see is to typical of this company, hoards of people in to convert to prepaid and guess wht the company reps are telling everyone?? "we will initiate the process however "humko maloom nahin hai aapka # prepaid kab hoga" . i mean come on you sickos, we all know that you guys are on a highway robbery spree and you will not convert our #'s to prepaid so easily cuz you will wont get to steal from us in prepaid as you get to do in postpaid by billing us...

Just imagine how much money they are minting with deliberatly false billing and charging people.. and not letting them swtich over to prepaid.. its a no brainer,, they are earning in millions... but guess what the end is near pretty soon we will have number portability in action and you guys will be left with nothing but shingles to count.. then again i am underestimating your mal intent i am sure your skilled management will design another deviuos plan to steal from us....

but it wont hurt to see how they justify their actions so i will wait for another lame answer from them..

I mean how is this company with this attitude and this appauling customer service OR LACK OF THEREOF even surviving, ARE THE AUTHORITIES LISTENING?? Can someody wake up and take some corrective actions or will we go on "ram bharose" like we have been all there years??

Again wrongly debited my account with Rs. 30/- yesterday and no one is taking responsiblity in reliance communication even nodal officer is not interested to attend my complaint.


There is a complaint against RELIANCE (WEST DELHI) because they have regularly charged Rs. 30/- for AVOICE CHAT SERVICE which is installled by the company under (OBD) from the RELIANCE COMMUNICATION, they have charged Rs. 30/- 2 times on dated 27/07/10 & 26/08/10. I want to ask that there is no provision of that becasue customer is making fool by the company and i have already registered a complaint to RELIANCE NODAL OFFICE delhi, but he does not take it seriously they are saying that they are not responbile for OBD ,



NOW i have decided to go to consumer forum and i will also logged my complAINT TO DAKC MUMBAI































(I got one sms 26/08/10 that ATVOICE CHAT is active on my mobile yesterday 25th August 2010 8.27:51 a.m but i want to inform u that i have not given any request i m using this connection from the last year i have never use any VAS OR Any other service that how is it possible that Avoice chat is active on my mobile without my request and they have charged Rs. 30/- on my account for this service, now i want to refund my balnce because i have not given any request kindly credited my account with Rs. 30/-.

When I contacted on it’s customer care, there was a CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE . I asked her, how ATVOICE CHAT is active on my ph. named without my request. HE replied, it might be done by mistake by the customer care at same time you Again I said then they replied That our system was busy.



I had tried a lot but no response from their side When i have not given any request for Avoice chat service than how was it applied on my phone It’s your mistake. )



I WOULD LIKE TO CLAIM FOR BALANCE WHICH IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT yesterday WITHOUT MY REQUEST PLEASE HELP ME FOR CREDITED MY ACCOUNT WITH RS. 30/- I HAVE REGISTERD A LOT OF COMPLAINT TO RELIACE NODAL OFFICE BUT THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION IN FAVOUR OF ME KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS MATTER
