My mother is having Reliance prepaid connection with number ********99. The problem is that every time different schemes are activated on mobile falsely without any prior notice this time Miss Call Alerts have been activated. When talking to customer care they tell that you have activated the scheme which I havent because I dont know the message and number from which the scheme is activated. When I called today to customer care some M/s Sabiha Shaikh talk to me very rudely saying that mistake is from your side and she was not ready to register the complaint saying when there is no problem from her side why should she register the compaint.
I dont know why the topmost company like Reliance wants to do such fraud bussiness.

Don't you know reliance is a Fraud company? They are horrible to their customers. And treat their employees even worse. This means customer again suffers in the end.
Only benefits go to the share holders (meaning late Guru's shameless son)...
