Mr. Saravanan, one of the Reliance sales executives visited our premises on our request for a broadband connection. He promised to give broadband connection in 3 days and collected advance payment of Rs.500 towards connection (Axis bank cheque no: 865195 dt: 26/03/2009) Receipt no: 1********37393 dt 26th March 2009. Till this date we neither got broadband connection nor the refund of money.

We are calling up daily to Reliance office and also to the executives but we get only false promises. While speaking to Mr. Ravichandran, one of Reliance executives, he always says he would refund the money but we have not got it yet. We are very much fed up with Reliance executives responses.

We expect a justice from Reliance communication authorities and compensation for the mental worries caused, time and money.
