Reliance Communications Limited - Reliance Data Card Postpaid Bill Problem

I am sampath kumar from Bangalore. I had Reliance Postpaid data card & no is 93420 61593. My monthly plan is Rs. 550/- (8 GB day and 15 GB night, Speed upto 256 kbps). I will often check my data usage in My Account at rcom website, whenever using data card. On one day, my service is barred. The customercare told that you have consumed the full usage (i.e) 8 GB day and 15 GB night. On that beginning of that month, rcom site- My account show data available:
Quota- 8 GB day and 15 GB night +
Additional quota- 5 GB.
I called immediately to customercare for asking about add. quota 5 GB. They told that it is free for you.
On that end of month, I received bill for Rs. 2500/-. I see that Additional quota 5 GB is not included in bill.
Customercare told that add. quota 5 GB is not visible in our system. So you want to pay full bill.
I have screenshot of my account details (add. quota 5 GB) taken from Rcom website.
I given written statement to Appellate Authority in Bangalore before 4 months. I didn't receive any single call or mail about my complaint.
But today, I received call from Police to warne me for paying bill in rough words or to face legal action.
Why should I pay Bill???
