Hi.. I purchased a reliance post paid plan on around 20th of oct, 2009 in this plan the executive of reliance told me that my monthly rental is rs.50 and all local mobile call rate is 0.30 paisa/call. Then i was using it but then after when i saw the bill it was very big and it is another billing plan then i gave a complaint to rel. Cust care then they told me that they will give adjustments in next bill but no edjustment has been found but in second bill is also big. Then i again gave a complaint then they again gave responce that you have to pay this bill we will give adjustment on next Bill but no adjustment i found.
