RCOM has barred services on postpaid number within one particular area. Issue started from April 23rd and on daily basis I need to followup reliance on +91.22.30334343 number which is chargable number. Daily I have to provide entire history to all agent,m their supervisor and their manager with whom I had disscussed so far. Couple of time reques raised which closed with non techincal update just to make sure for that particular request no SLA or TAT missed. IF there is coverage\\ network issue that how come other numbers are able to use service and not reporting any complaint. Informing Nodal officer about this complaint also has no improvement. Nodal officer not bother to check and update on this issue.
Till today I had spend almost 1000rs in calling +91.22.30334343 number and at the same time there is outage of the service which means that I am not getting any benefit from the charge which I supposed to pay.
Hope that this is correct forum where I will get some response.
