This is regarding this reliance data card ********17 - I have visited your Reliance Showroom in Gurgaon (or Bandra, Mumbai) on the 15th of June 2013 and gave a letter for closure. At the time I also paid Rs.964 towards full and final settlement. The Bill amount for June was Rs.942 but, I had to pay some more for the 7 days that it would take for closure, I was told. At the showroom, I spoke to the retention team and very clearly told them that I was not interested in retaining this connection at all. Then, I received a confirmation call from reliance and repeated the same thing very clearly - NOT INTERESTED IN RETENTION.
Bill Period :18-05-2013 to 17-06-2013 Rs. -44.00 (Payment of Rs. Rs.964 made at showroom on 15-Jun-2013)
Bill Period :18-06-2013 to 17-07-2013 Rs.842.70 + Rs.-44.41 = Rs. 798
Bill Period :18-07-2013 to 17-08-2013 Rs. 798.29 + Rs. 942 Total = 1741.00
Now, when I have terminated my connection on the 15th of June 2013, why have you charged me for July and August 2013 ?
Your team has acknowledged that this connection was terminated - so when was it terminated ?
I am getting harassing calls from your call centers and now I received a legal letter. I am appalled at your level of service.
I have written to your customer care service and not received any revert from them.
I need a response asap or I will be left with no choice but to file a legal suit of my own.
