I have this number with me for last three years. I am trying to deal with Reliance for a single issue for one year and they are not able to resolve it neither they bother to reply me satisfactorily. I have coverage issue at my office and they don't want to fix it. I want if they cannot even fix this but at least somebody should call me and inform me the actual problem. Nobody calls me and sometimes they reply, which is not relevant. Apart from this Reliance has very bad customer response quality and very bad management. Retention department promised me to provide waiver of Rs. 150 and this has been communicated to me more than three times. Somebody called me to get the paper signed for the waiver and later he did not turn up. What ever I have asked through mail I have felt that the reply is there but is never relevant. Perhaps the authority does not even read the mail properly. They just believe in replied may or may not be relevant to the concern. Many times somebody closes my request without contacting me. I still get SMS so and so called you and provide us the feedback. How would I provide feedback if I have not talked to any. I called on 23rd of March 2011 for a complaint. When I called to follow up for this I was told there is not information available for this complaint. This means the agent does not mention the details in the notes. 150 waiver information is not available with them which means they don’t really put proper notes.
I would not suggest anybody to take Reliance connection or if he takes he should keep in touch with some of his friend who knows consumer court and RTI and all consumer laws. He should be a lawyer for session court dealing with consumer issues.
Filling a ITR is very easy and consumers should use it. It costs almost nothing.
Consumer forum is also not a problem let me share.

I was provided number for the Nodal Office Mr. Anuj as: 011-30332655 however whenever I have called this number. Either it is busy or some unusual tone is heard and i have never been able to contact any body on this.
!!!I just want some Higher Authority from Reliance to call me!!!

Hi Reliance,

I m user of reliance 3G services, i have recharged 3 G net services on 19th Dec'13 but i have facing the same problem with 3 g services i m not consumed the MB and my net connection is suspended 25 Dec'13..... why...
After that i have contact reliance customer care but there people is not provide proper responded...

Please look into this matter and resolved my issue asap...

Hi,

My name is Sandeep Kumar, I had purchased the data card long before on last year 2012, please read the issue below,

I had purchased the Data net connect no- ********24 on last year 2012 and the monthly plan was of Rs 750.
From starting it was working well in speed, but after some month I had recognized that my netconnect speed was very slow in speed,
so I called your customer care and complained that, and I had asked your person as I am not getting the speed till 2GB according to plan and it was running on normal speed so why I will pay the amount of Rs 750 (that is upto 2GB will be in good speed),
so your person told me that for your issue we will taken and will be given you full deduction and this problem will come again as your area Kishangad vashantkunj Delhi,there is problem of some negative area so will not get this much speed,
So in this condition I have told him that then Why I will keep the Net connect and why I will pay, as When I have purchased the Net connect data card from Mashodpur branch they told me there will be no problem in speed.

so, When My bill came after my complain I checked and found no discount were made on my bill so again I Called to your customer care and told this problem but they told me nothing and kept the phone from that time they have not listen my issue any time,
when ever I call they kept me online for long time, but did't gave the resolution.

so, I didn't pay the bill on that month,

After 1 month I got call from your customer care that your bill payment of around Rs 1800 is due with us, again I told them the whole story but they didn't gave me the solution and after that they stopped my other no also that was on the same address was taken Mobile no-********41,and told me that when you will pay the amount of Net connect then only we will start your no.
so I told them that this is not fear with me you all are cheting and I will complain to consumer court but they don't replied and cut the phone.

Some day before a Lady called to me and threatened me and told against your name complain has been mentioned in court so how you will be resolving the issue either in court or will pay the amount. When I explained to her she also kept the phone and boli talwar leke lad lo.

So Currently I am Fed up with your all this torture and threatening and going to complain in consumer forum court and will give all the detail of my complain no and all the detail which I have told above.
As how Reliance company **** the public and how you all are making money from our type of person.
This really irritating to write this things in my office hour,

And This all massage I am going to pest in Social media site

My mobile no ********83 is blocked from 8/12/2012 despite submission of verfication details on 8/12 itself. Appeallate complaint no1******** dtd 10/12 is unresolved. an 8 year old customer of Rel, and am traumatised despite timely compliance.refer interactive id no3058057915,30********,30********,30********. no resolution even at appealate level.
