i applied for a new post-paid connection of reliance on 23rd of sep with 899+ tax plan and the very next day on evening it activated and ready for use , but on the next day on 25th i was not been able to make calls. when contacted to the guy (amit shulka, vaishali office) he told verification got negative, when i cleared no one came for verification , then he told let me check , will arrange again. no one came in next two days ,when contacted again now he said it will activate today , without stating any reason , now by evening services resumed , but again on the day after activation , same happened , now i contacted customer care, customer care told, ur documents are not with us , please deposit the same , when contacted to the amit , he told wrongly they updated ur area in negative area , in that case u have to give 500 more security for that ,i agreed for that , with this i also talked abt the charges for this period , and for changing of plan to the lower cost plan, as he told rental will be continued for that and he is unable to change plan as ur number is under barring , now he took two days. and nothing happened, and started not picking phone , in the meantime i mail to the customer care and same revert i got , ur documents are not there with us. finally i visited web word on 10th from my precious time and the same reason i found , ur area is in negative area, and they were surprised why they updated shivaji nagar in negative area ,which is near to bus stand. and suggested visit to Grand mall , Gurgaon office to open this case , but i dont hv time on the same day to visit there , i decided to go on Saturday, but on Friday verification happened, and on Saturday evening it was activated.
i have clarify all my view to the customer care , but customer denied to take my complained on phone. i have mailed to customer care with reminders and got reply only after 3 days , with revert verification was negative , first no one came for verification , and secondly if at one point verification was negative , then now how it becomes postive now, can i now what was the reason of negative verification , why they did verification after 17 days, is this DOT guideline to do so , and let the customer suffer.
in the first bill i used the cell only for 129 Min, for such uneven services , please charge which is ethical and give waiver of other charges.
