I am using reliance prepaid from last 3 year when i had purchase the card (CDMA)

Problem is that if I continuous talk on sms, to whom I am taking not receiving the sms or I am not getting sms, never means never even after 1-2-3 days
another problem is that if I am sending sms then the opposite person receiving 3 to 4 times same sms but I am sending one time only and reliance charged me for 3-4 times for same sms and on same time after that if I will talk with customer care executive thay will revise my charges also and credit to my account also
I really planning to go group in GSM service but the minor things are not resolving and I faced lots of problems already I lost 50 rs from last 2 recharge, I want to credit this or you may stop my services pls close my account I don’t want any cheating who reliance doing for the so many months
