RESPECTED SIR,

I HAVE ALREADY ACTIVATED DND ON MY NO. (********09) & (********09), BUT STILL GETTING PROMOTIONAL CALL WITH ACTIVATION OF VALUE ADDED SERVICE ON ITS OWN AND FALSE DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FOR THAT ON BOTH THE NO. I HAVE ALSO COMPLAINED WITH CUST CARE (COMPL NO. -124078700) & (121666082) FOR BOTH THE NO. RESPECTIVELY, BUT STILL DEDUCTION IS MADE FROM THE BALANCE (WITH TOTAL DEDUCTION OF ABOUT 105 RS ON REGULAR BASIS)

SIR PLS HELP US OUT.

I support this complaint.Hi,
I am Astha, a consistent user of Reliance along with my whole family. I never had any complaints abt services, however on one of my number (********12 ) i am unable to understand how money keep on deducting with out using or making any calls. This is my sister's number which my mother is using now. Can you plase help me on it, How to make sure that only consumtion is deducted.
I complaint before as well but no one responded. Hope this time some one will revert.

I used the RIM CDMA Prepaid Connection Since last 5 years and i have received an sms from Reliance that stated "Dear customer yr CAF is incomplete.Pls submit your photo id/addrs proof at nearest reliance store and get 20min talktime free.T&C apply." on the date of 19/11/2010 then 26/11/2010.i received message on 26/11/2010 from 52811 of Reliance that stated "dear reliance customers yr o/g call facility has been barred.pls contact reliance customer care for assistance."I submitted the Passport Xerox and 1photograph then fullfill the CAF form myself at Shivranjani Satelite Reliance Store and they accepted on 19/11/2010.so tell me what should i do with reliance?now my rim prepaid o/g call barred.
