I have been using the free Reliance to Reliance service on my phone ********35 for three years or more, and 1paisa sms service for more than two and half years. But services were discontinued before their expiry.
1. I recharged my account with Rs 299 at 9:00am on 12th September 2012 for Unlimited R-R calls n 30 Local mins/day to any n/w. (I have sms of recharge confirmation). It is supposed to expire on 11th October 2012. But it got deactivated today on 4th October, 7 days prior to the expiry.
2. I talked to the customer care executive but they have only one answer to all complains "We are unable to give you any details due to SYSTEM UPGRADE"
3. I also tried deactivating the 1paisas sms earlier but every time I get the same reply "The service is temporarily unavailable"
But I noticed that the services are discontinued today on 4th September 2012. And i am charged 60paise per min for local calls and Re1 per sms against my power plus of 50p/min local, STD n SMS.
Along with these two plans, I do had Blackberry Internet Service, BBPRBIS16, active till yesterday 3rd September which was deactivated due to shortage of balance.
The only VAS I'm availing right now is the missed call alert service.
THIS HAS HAPPENED FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS YEAR. SEE MY PREVIOUS COMPLAIN:

What rubbish!
I complained on 4th October and they are responding to it on 12th October.
I got a call from their "customer service" team on 9th October saying that the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours. But nothing has happened till date. :(
Dear Customer,
We have noted your complaint. The matter has been escalated to our customer service team who will get in touch with you directly to resolve your concerns.
Regards,
RCOMcare
The worst ever customer service from the Reliance customer care executive. THEY STARTED DISCONNECTING THE CALLS NOW. Instead of lodging the complaint, the customer care executives disconnected the call. One of them disconnected the call by saying "your problems will be solved if you disconnect the call. What rubbish!
No amount has been credited into my account.
I myself recharged my account by 299STV on 13th October 2012 at 10:50am.
I don't understand which benefits you are talking about that has been credited into my account.
No point to cheer !!!
Although I am scared of using Blackberry Internet Services (BIS) provided by Reliance as the problem occurred twice this year and both with the termination of BIS.
I expect you may sort out this issue too.
That may cheer me up. ;)
