i had disconnected my broadband connection no:100000106973679 name: kamalpreet singh few months back after registering my complaint i received a call from your side that we will keep your connection in safe custody for few months and in between if u feel to activate the connection we will do it free of cost & he said u will not be charged with any fee i said ok. After that i received a bill from your side & i called customer care to disconnected the connection they said that your connection is in safe custody & for disconnection we will have to take it out of safe custody and than again you have to call us after 5 days for disconnection it. I called again and they disconnected my connection. Now i have received a bill of Rs.175.45 again i called customer care they are saying that you have to pay the rent for the period in which the connection was activated. now what is this i have to pay the rent for which service which i haven't used. please look in to the matter and make a correction to my account so that i don't receive the bill again.

The same case happened with me first they are saying that safe custody free of cost for 3 months then suddenly after 2 months that are sending me a safe custody bill of Rs.275.

We regret the inconvenience caused.

With reference to your email regarding "Service Cancellation", registered under the Service Request ID 129755474. Please note your request for service cancellation has been provisioned on 27.06.2010.

In addition, kindly note that your service resume from safe custody on 10.06.2010 as Service Request ID 128903595.

However, as checked in the bill dated 11.07.2010 you have been charged till 11-06-2010 to 24-06-2010 which is properly charged. Hence, we are unable to process your request for waiver.
