I have taken a Reliance Data connectiion card during a campaigning done by reliance agents in my corporate. They told For our company they giving an offer of 600 Rs for 2 GB broad band. He told out side it is 750 Rs for the same.
But the fraud thing came to picture when I got my first bill. They are charging 800 Rs buill. I paid it thinking that some extra usage. Next bill also cae same ie 890 Rs.
I complainted the cc and told to cancel it. But they told they never had an offer.
They told if I am not paing I will be charged with case. I told them to cancel my connection. Still they send the bill again next month with some fine and it cam earound 980 Rs.
I am requesting the customers .. be careful while taking this data cards. Even my friend also complained same.
Dont end up in paying thousands , dont use these type of providers. Indian company for cheating Indians. What a shame it is?
