I have 2 internet connection. Recently i cancelled 1 connection.

On 6th October 2009 one executive came to my home and collected cash towards cancelled connection.

I enquired with reliance customer care people and came to know that the payment is not updated in their records.

I asked them them who is responsible for this?????

NO ANSWER

I asked them how you are going to resolve this issue???

NO ANSWER

I said i will cancel my existing connection?? (continuing from 2 and half years)

ANSWER from SUPERVISOR (Saajan): IT\'S UP TO ME

But one thing, on the payment made date i checked with that executive, he has all reliance net connection froms with him. So i stongly believed that the guy is from reliance.

I need 1 clafication, how the executive got my complete details like my billing address and my name, my cancellation connection details????????????????
