i want to buy a new data card so i contacted reliance executive for it.
he had given me 799 plan in which he told that the surfing speed will be very good
but when i purchased even the google page is not opening properly
now y should i spent 800 rs for such lower speed.
and they r not takeing back such card .

pls help me out in this matter
and kindly register my comlain
