ShopClues - Refund was not provided by Shop clues for a brand new product

I Ordered an HP Laptop for Rs.42000 (order no : 9085563 ) on Shop clues website on dec 4th, which I cancelled it due to bad reviews about it. I got a call from Sales dept guy stating the Quality of the laptop and I have 10 days return policy if I am not comfortable with the Quality. I received the laptop on 13th with bad condition after 10 days and I did not like the Quality as same as the reviews said. Hence i raised a refund request on 15th December which is still processing by the Shop clues and still they are asking me to contact HP service center and the merchant.. I told the material Quality is not good which will not be repaired by service center and Merchant asked me to contact shop clues again for refund. Shop clues are still replying me the same default emails and asking me to contact Merchant again. For some reasons they do not want to provide the refund for a new product which I did not use.. Now I 'm paying for internet services without having a computer and still they are delaying with this case. I already bought more than 25 products from shop clues before I buy this laptop. I will never ever buy anything from shop clues they are ruining my time now..I am using the computer for last 3 days for the exams.. now I am looking for justice.
