I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 from Shopclues.com. However, i received a fake version of the same. It is apparently the first copy of S4 with product specifications different (lower quality) than mentioned on the website. I raised a complain with the customer care within the stipulated time of 10 days and requested them to initiate a return process and refund the money to me. I gave them the necessary image proofs to confirm that the phone is not same as the original Galaxy S4. I was told that the issue will be resolved in 3-4 working days and return process will be initiated. It's been almost 10 days since I raised the return request but the return process is yet to be initiated despite several calls and mails. Request you to intervene and facilitate refund of my money.
