I shopped for "Imported Stretchable Jeggings-Fits All" under order # 7457143 which i received on 9.Oct.2013. The same day i realized that it a transparent material and it is a very bad fit for me. So I logged a return request on shopclues website at 11:07pm on 9.Oct.2013. It's been 11 days till today and i write almost daily to shopclues to take back the product but as per them it is not a bad product. Their exact statement on e-mail is "the product which has been ordered by you is the same which has been delivered to you. Also the product is of standard quality and size as well. Therefore, we will not be able to fulfill your request." It is a different matter that the website of shopclues has a message by the Founder and CEO Sandeep Aggarwal (http://www.shopclues.com/buyer-protection.html) which says that "4) Easy Return/Replacement: We allow you to return your product for full refund/replacement if the product you received has wrong size, wrong color, wrong quantity, manufacturing defects, damages or is significantly different from the description given by the merchant." But in reality i felt that shopclues tries to thrust the product (once purchased) on the buyer and do not take it back if customer wants to return it and do not listen to customer complaint. They refuse to agree that the cloth is transparent and is a bad fit. They went to such extent of harassing me that they are asking me photograph that shows that cloth is transparent: this vulgarity and points to sexual harassment by the online retailer. Shopclues do not adhere to their own policies that they have written on their website.
I am needing a refund of Rs.343 (purchase value of the product) + (Rs.343*no. of days the shopclues team does not accept that they will take back the product which is of sub-standard quality and is a bad fit) due to mental harassment faced by me. My contact number is +********0948
