I was shocked to receive a Coconut Scraper in place of my ordered item " Cordless Collar Microphone Receiver with Transmitter against the Order Number# Order Issues-4868687. ( Order No: 4868687 dated 5th July 2013)

How can a Coconut Scrapper be sent in place of the electronics I have ordered. This needs urgent attention. I am a frequent shopper of Flipkart and Ebay for years together shopping lot of value products even including my laptop ordered through them who seem to be thorough professionals. This kind of incident never happened untill I have ordered with your shop clues website which seems to be fraudulent.

I have ordered two separate items from your their website the same day (5th July) thinking its a genuine website,( Order Nos: 4868687 for Wireless Microphone and 4870133 for rechargeable batteries ). Where as received the Rechargeable batteries but in a discharged state. Even then I am not complaining that at least i had received the product I had ordered for even if its not in great working shape. Where as sending me a Coconut Scraper in place of the Electronics item is height.

And now after talking to their Helpline, and sending several emails along with the Pictures of the product sent me, Shop Clues now just ignores all my owes and says the easiest way to escape that their merchant said that hey have sent the right product where as I receive the Coconut Scraper. Where is the protection for the shopper now??

I request either their company send me the right item which I had orered for or refund back my amount immediately.
Request the Conumer form protect my rights and prevent such frauds to others too in the future. Await your kind action.
