My mobile ********14 ( Reliance GSM pre paid ) . Reliance is having a tendency to deduct amounts without the consent of the customer for subscribing any additional services .just as they deducted Rs 20 for VAS bollywood news pack on 19th December 2012. However i did not request for any such packs. please refund....

this is the second time any pack has been activated without my request... I think Reliance wants money.. like thieves they are deducting from our balances....
