My mobile number is ********63. I recharged my phone with rupees 57 on 8th august, 2016 for which I was supposed to get 10 gb 2g data for 28 days as it was best offer on my number at that point of time but my data services stopped after 10 days. Since then I have registered my grievances twice with them but they have done nothing. My complaint numbers are 249058613 and 249188124. The amount of internet data used was around 2gb. For both complains I got messages that my application had been processed.
