I have been having problem with the battery of my FWP Phone (Number 0260-3298138). The batteries are being provided & replaced by RCOM. The problem with the battery is that it drains out within 5 minutes of total recharging. The complain has already been registered with them on 1st October, 2009 vide docket No. 110274744. Even though a month has passed by, they have not taken any action on the same. Till date no responsible person has been accessed on the phone, whom we can explain the problems faced by us. The Telephone number of Zonal Grievance head & appellelate head given by them never gets connected. It is only for fooling clients. This is that most haphazardly working company systems, I have ever seen.

Reliance phone announcement (whenever not reachable or switch off) is please check the number you have dialed.which is very wrong.this is happen after subccribing the miss call alert which will also never give infomation of miss call.
