Reliance Communications Limited - Provider Deducted Charge even after Unsubscribe the Service

I have received a message 1 month back regarding the 30 days free Health Pack Plan. I activated the same and after activating I received another message stating that this plan will be autoactivated after 1 month and wiil charge Rs. 30/month, with unsubscription detail. Immediately after I send the unsubscription request for the pack, but you didnt unsubscribe the pack and even not informed me about that. 6-7 days back I again receive a message stating that your health pack will be activated on 28 with unsubscription detail. That days again I send the unsubscription request. Today you deducted the Rs. 30 from my account against the Health Pack plan.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back
